Apple today sent out invites for an experience in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 28, and the "Pro and tell" tagline on the invitation likely means that the rumored MacBook models with touch-enabled OLED displays will stick with MacBook Pro branding instead of the once-rumored "MacBook Ultra" name. The long-rumored "iPhone Ultra" ended up being named iPhone Duo, so speculation that Apple...

Goodie, we can now see the ruination of the ecosystem as well as reading about it. Making 10.7 download only :mad::mad:

This ruins the ecosystem how? No boxes to manufacture, no discs no put in said boxes, no need for any sort of physical shipping - thus saving fuel, resources, and time.

Some of us saw it via leaked webcasts.

I got to say the GeekWebGuides log was lamentable, the worst of the lot, too much opinion and whining.

Your condescending attitude and superiority complex are cancers in our society. Bring something to the discussion instead of relying on your tired shtick for attention.

Crap... Jobs looks even thinner, if that's possible.

I found it gut wrenchingly sad to watch, I genuinely did. My heart goes out to the man, he loves the company that much to come out and show face when he's clearly struggling. He doesn't know how to take a break, Apple (after his family of course) is his life.

Seriously misleading live stream

Sheesh,

Just started watching the event (and, yeah, the link goes to March) and was very thankful to see that Steve wasn't dying onstage! From the live stream you would have thought that he was unable to string coherent thoughts together. That was very distressing and a very poor documentation of what actually occurred. Come on, be better than that!
