Apple today seeded a second version of the initial macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta, which comes two days after the macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta was originally seeded to developers.

The build number of today's update is 16C32f, while the original 10.12.2 beta build number was 16C32e, indicating a small incremental update that does not count as a full second beta release.

Because the new beta is not showing up as an over-the-air download in the Mac App Store for developers who have already installed macOS Sierra 10.12.2, it likely only includes minor tweaks and will be provided only to developers who are downloading the beta for the first time.

macOS Sierra 10.12.2 includes the same new emoji and emoji updates that are present in the iOS 10.2 beta, introducing support for Unicode 9 emoji and new profession emoji. Some of the new emoji characters include selfie, face palm, crossed fingers, shark, owl, butterfly, bacon, avocado, and croissant.

Apple has also updated many existing emoji with new artwork, adding detail and making them look brighter and more realistic.

The 10.12.2 update also includes under-the-hood bug fixes and performance improvements to address issues discovered since the release of macOS Sierra 10.12.1.

Update: The macOS Sierra 10.12.2 update is now available as an over-the-air download for developers, but it is still labeled as "Beta 1."

I swear those emoji bits are MR staff trolling. (Well done, by the way.)

Quick question, I was enrolled in the Sierra beta, but unrolled 10.12.1 beta ended. Yet, last night it installed 10.12.2-beta (16C32f) for me. The option to unroll is even gone from the settings screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

Posted screenshot below: (it's in Swedish, but you can see that the option is just missing)

I had the same... I updated it in the end but after this beta wave ends I do want to get out of it completely
In terminal the following command should do it.
Sudo softwareupdate --clear-catalog

Not sure what you're talking about. I installed the E version from the app store. The F version showed up in the app store at some point after that and I updated via the store.

Of course, my inability to log in to more than six accounts via user switching isn't fixed. Instead of an error message, it just hangs now. Way to go Apple! I should post a review on Sierra in the app store about this. Oh wait, you can't because they disabled reviews for it!
The links in apple's developer forum are for the installation packages for 10.12.2 betas, namely,

macOSUpd10.12.2DeveloperBeta.pkg
macOSUpdCombo10.12.2DeveloperBeta.pkg
FirmwareUpdate.pkg
FullBundleUpdate.pkg
EmbeddedOSFirmware.pkg

They can't be run individually from within Sierra, but can from another partition running El Capitan. If you do it this way you just have to be careful to select the Sierra partition on which to install it.

Instructions on how to use these packages are also in apple's developer forums.
