I'm seriously hovering over the buy button for a second Studio Display. Best monitor I have ever owned. Having two seems like overkill but frankly no 4K monitor I've tried has hit the mark and the other 5k offerings are underwhelming...

I haven't been able to pull the trigger on one yet because of the stupid way you can't just remove the stand and VESA mount the thing like pretty much every other manufacturer does. So, you pay a $300 price premium (at Amazon) for no stand at all or an extra $400 to get a height-adjustable stand that should just be the default on a monitor in this price range. I mean, I'm sure the $400 block of metal is magical and revolutionary (if you hold it the right way), but $400?!

Once in a blue moon, there'll be a VESA mount one in the refurb section for about $250 off, but I'm still holding out hope that maybe one of these good deals on Amazon will include the VESA model and not be a refurb.
