Below, we have outlined everything you need to know about Apple's upcoming event.

How to Watch

As per usual, Apple will be streaming its latest event on the Apple Events website, on YouTube, and in the Apple TV app, allowing it to be watched on a Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, and a wide variety of other devices.

A placeholder for this Apple Event is already available on YouTube. You can click or tap on the "Notify me" button to receive an alert before the stream begins.

Apple has invited selected media and content creators to Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in California to watch the event, but the announcements are expected to be delivered via a pre-recorded video rather than a live presentation. Afterwards, attendees are expected to receive hands-on time with the iPhone 16 and other new products.

What to Expect

The following products are rumored to be announced at Apple's event:

  • iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max: Key new features rumored for these devices include larger 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch displays with even thinner bezels, an A18 Pro chip optimized for Apple Intelligence, an all-new "Capture" button for photos and video recording, an upgraded 48-megapixel Ultra Wide camera, Wi-Fi 7 support, and more.
  • iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus: Key new features rumored for the two standard iPhone 16 models include the Action button introduced on iPhone 15 Pro models, the Capture button, a variant of the A18 chip, vertically-aligned rear camera lenses that can capture Spatial Video for playback on the Vision Pro, and more.
  • Apple Watch Series 10: Apple Watch Series 10 models are rumored to feature larger displays and a thinner design.
  • Apple Watch SE 3: The next Apple Watch SE's casing could be made from colorful plastic like the iPhone 5c, rather than aluminum.
  • Apple Watch Ultra 3: No design changes are expected for the next Apple Watch Ultra, but it could be available in a darker finish.
  • AirPods 4: Two new fourth-generation AirPods models are expected, with both options rumored to feature a tweaked design with better fit, improved sound quality, and an updated charging case with a USB-C port. The higher-end AirPods 4 are also said to feature active noise cancellation, and a speaker in the charging case that can play a sound for Find My location tracking.

AirPods Max with a USB-C charging port instead of Lightning will be released in late 2024, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, but it is unclear if they will be announced at Apple's event next month. Gurman said the new AirPods Max will not be considered second-generation AirPods Max, and he said there will be no other changes, aside from the possibility of new color options. If so, the AirPods Max would miss out on Adaptive Audio features enabled by the H2 chip, which debuted in the AirPods Pro 2 a few years ago.
