iPhone 17e Solves iPhone 16e's Biggest Limitation
While the iPhone 17e unfortunately still has a notch, instead of a Dynamic Island, the device does solve the iPhone 16e's biggest limitation.

Unlike the iPhone 16e, the iPhone 17e features MagSafe.
MagSafe enables precise, magnetic wireless charging with Apple's MagSafe Charger and similar chargers, and it also allows you to magnetically attach Apple's MagSafe Wallet and other supported accessories to the back of the iPhone 17e.
Apple previously said the iPhone 16e lacked MagSafe because it felt the typical customer who would buy the device still used a charging cable, rather than wireless charging. In any case, the iPhone 17e now has MagSafe just a year later.
iPhone 17e pre-orders begin Wednesday, March 4 at 6:15 a.m. Pacific Time. Read our coverage of Apple's announcement to learn more about the device.
