Apple Announces 'Welcome Home' Launch: What to Expect on Tuesday
Apple has announced that it is holding a private "experience" in New York on Tuesday, October 13 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Both the invitation sent to content creators and a teaser video shared by Apple's marketing chief have a "Welcome home" tagline, suggesting that Apple plans to unveil a set of new products for the home.

Apple plans to unveil three new products on October 13, according to rumors:
- An all-new smart home hub that essentially combines a HomePod with an iPad
- A new HomePod mini with Siri AI, improved sound quality, and new color options such as pink and green
- A new Apple TV 4K with an A20 Pro chip, Siri AI support, Wi-Fi 7 support, and a revised Siri Remote
This launch was not added to the Apple Events page, so do not expect Apple to unveil the new home products in a live-streamed video. Instead, watch for Apple Newsroom press releases and shorter YouTube videos for each product, followed by hands-on photos and videos from those attending the New York gathering.
