Apple Announces Deadline to 'Get Ready' to Pre-Order the iPhone Duo

I can guarantee the only place I will ever see the duo will be on the internet

I think you are going to be wrong. I am pretty confident that Apple is about to kick the foldable phone market into high gear. Hobby time is over when Apple does it.

I don’t care what anyone says I’m very excited to get the duo for launch day (hopefully!)

I’m so glad I’m sitting out the launch. I’m probably gonna pick it up in January after the holidays, but $2000 without going hands on with it, without seeing durability test and actual genuine reviews from people who actually are spending their own money on it, not paid influencers, not professional tech critics who don’t have to put up their own money to review it, it’s gonna sell out within 20 minutes, you’re not gonna be able to get your hands on one unless you pay a reseller I figure it’s easier to get one after the holidays. By that time, if there’s a major issue with the hinge or the screen, it will be widely known, people will have done actual durability test on it, and I’ll be able to play with one in the store and decide if it’s worth $2000 if so, then I’ll be happy to pick one up but every instinct in me tells me, just wait two months

I buy from Apple, not some other retailer, so that I always have the 14 day return policy. If I find it’s crap or has problems, I’m sure that will be known in 14 days. I don’t see me returning this, though.

I've been ready for the Duo from the moment I could be!

I can't believe im buying this phone, do I need it no, but I can see so many use cases. the fail would be if it just revert to not utilizing it to the potential I have in my head. If I get it on launch day ill give it a week to live with and decide after that. if I dont get it launch day and it slips a month or so in, I won't buy, im weird ocd like that, I just would be like its too close to the duo 2 release and won't buy lol
