Apple confirmed the store opening to Belgian website Apple Nieuws Vlaanderen, which has shared several photos of the storefront. The store has not yet been listed on Apple's website, but store hours and grand opening details should be available soon.

Update 8:32 AM: Apple's store page for the new Brussels location is now live, but with the opening still two weeks away the store is not yet taking reservations for Genius Bar appointments or workshops.

Kind of depressing that even very developed and rich EU countries like Belgium are just now getting their first Apple store. Makes me pessimistic if I'll ever see official Apple presence in my small country. :(

Brussels is an ugly city, Apple does not belong there.
Do you know Brussels in any way?

Finally. Finally. Finally.
From the pioneers in the 80'ies like Paul Van Cottem (he spoke with the same passion as Steve Jobs) when Apple was kind of an underdog, up to the glorious years of the iPhone debute when the 'Switch shops' where struggling to get hold on a fez iPhones... It sometimes looked like Apple never heared of our country. Finally our capital is blessed with an Apple Store.
Thanks!
Pitty that I'm not invited for the opening :-( ;-)
But I'll be one of the first to bring it a visit.

Anyone have a full picture of that building or know the address? It looks interesting.
You can see some photos in this Belgian thread.

It's a brand-new construction on one of the premium retail streets in the city. On the opposite site of the road you have the Gucci, Versace, etc. shops.

It's about ******g time they opened a store here, we've had to deal with horrible re-sellers up to now which, as a result, I tend to buy everything online.

(note that Belgian customer service is the worst...!)
