Unfortunately I can only base my decision on personal experience and not forum commentary, but Tmo coverage is fine for me. It's the iPhone's ****ty battery life that keeps me from jumping on this deal.

Depending on TMo's service in your area this is a pretty kick ass deal.

The savings are applied instantly at the point of sale.



Eligible devices can be purchased for full retail price, or through T-Mobile's Jump financing program, and no smartphone trade-in is required. T-Mobile continues to offer up to $650 towards a balance owing or to pay off early termination fees to new customers that switch to the carrier.

You have to buy from the same brand and both phones have to be on the same family plan, so if your friend is on another family plan with them and wants this deal, they can't do it. I don't understand how making it be from the same brand and family plan would benefit them any less financially than allowing us to mix brands and come from different family plans.

No one in the store knew how to ring up the sale to get us the promotion! After being with Tmobile for over 10 years its time to go, they obviously don't care about their customers any longer.

Great news. Now I can get two phones that can't make calls on the T-Mobile network in my area (even though the T-Mobile map indicates I should be getting excellent reception).
