Apple's streamlined process in iOS 10 should greatly alleviate the frustration in moments where multiple apps are waiting to be downloaded and installed onto an iPhone.

He is saying there could be a method for people that bought the newest iPhone, the iPhone SE. As a developer I hate that Apple put out the SE without 3D touch, because now 3D touch will never be an integral part of the UX, at least until the SE is out of circulation (Likely another two years.)

Here is a simple solution Apple could do - touch and hold on blank space - app icons go into move/delete state. Tap and hold on icon - 3d touch shortcut menu. Problem solved for the SE/iPhone 6/6+/5s/5.
