Makes the phone way too awkward. For example:
Say you want to show a friend a video, giving him the phone your basically giving him your whole wallet.
Taking pictures is awkward.
The added weight and 'flap' makes the balance off center when holding the phone.
Giving a stranger directions on your phone, the encounter is now has more risk.
Although you get to not carry your wallet around!

also you will reveal the notes to everyone around you. if you don't do this, you'll be covering the half of your face with the cover... some samsung phablets have similar as standard case but with a "window" on it - it could be practical if you put one of those to your ears, you can still see through the opening as the cover is in your face :-)
whatever you do with your phone in landscape mode will have the cover filled with cards and or money flop around and some of those just simply slip out from their place.
but there's the even more weird stuff, where the cover flips downwards in portrait mode - imagine this with a phone display size over 5"
