Apple Shares Another Humorous Depth Control Ad 'Alejandro'

Apple today shared another humorous ad promoting Depth Control on the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR.

In the ad, a couple return home after spending the day out and get in bed. The man shows the woman a photo he took of her, and the woman then points out her coworker Alejandro in the background and says he is so funny. The man, who appears to be jealous, uses Depth Control to blur out Alejandro's face.

This is the second humorous Depth Control ad that Apple has shared this month, following its "Bokeh'd" spot in which one mother accuses another mother of blurring her child out of a photo. "What kind of person bokehs a child?"

Depth Control on the latest iPhones allows you to adjust the depth of field of a photo before or after you take the shot.

I don’t think depth control is going to fade away what’s going on with her and Alejandro. That smile and laugh gave her away

Well, seeing Apples soft- and hardware since 2012 you could assume they’re dead indeed.

What an embarrassing company it has become o_O
Why do you let an embarrassing company have so much power over your life?

That’s not healthy.

In the meantime triple lenses with 48 megapixels and 10x optical zoom gets introduced.

And Apple? Well they still think their camera’s are a selling point

I’m slowly but steadily getting out of the expensive eco trap. My next phone is definitely not going to be an iPhone.

The ancient iPhone 8 is similar priced as the newly galaxy S10 over here. On top of that, it comes with airbuds included.

You would be insane to chose the iPhone 8.
Some of us aren’t allowed to use android because it’s a cesspool of security flaws and spyware.

This is a really great series of ads.

It shows a feature in use, with its UI, without being too geeky.

Better screen, better cameras, better ram, better everything, including better price and coming with airbuds (with better sound) included.
Your usage of a phone must be significantly different if "better ram" is a concern.
