Deals: Walmart Kicks Off Early Black Friday 'Deals For Days' Sale With Sitewide Discounts

We're still a few weeks away from Black Friday, but of course that isn't stopping numerous retailers from holding early Black Friday sales ahead of the shopping holiday. Walmart is one of the first major ones to introduce such a sale this week, with the first leg of its "Deals For Days" event kicking off today.

Deals For Days Schedule

This event kicks off November 7 online at 12 p.m. ET for Walmart+ users only, and then at 7 p.m. ET for everyone else. It will end on November 13, after which the next part of the event will begin. You can sign up for Walmart+ and get a 30-day trial on the retailer's website.

After the first part of Deals For Days concludes, there will be two more weeks of the event. The second starts on November 14 (with the same online schedule as today's event), and the last starts the week of Black Friday on November 21. You can expect coverage of these events on our front page and in our dedicated Black Friday Roundup.

Do any TVs exist today without "smart" features/data collection? I already cut the internet to mine and use AppleTV instead, but I wonder if there are any more "dumb" TVs out there.

I’ve wondered this too and can never find one. I think it’s just built in to all now and is probably cheaper for them to do it that way instead of manage multiple SKUs

This might well be a great product but I can’t stop laughing at the design…

If the 2013 Mac Pro was Darth Vader’s trashcan, this must be where he sits after a big meal. 😆

The closest we found years ago was Chromecast. You could just cast stuff but no built in apps. I don't even remember the last time we saw a dumb one.

What do you think of that Netgear AX1500 wifi router?
I’m still hauling a 2TB Airtime Capsule for well over a decade I think… it does still work, but there are some blind spots or some speed drops for the devices farther away.

For $99, sounds like a deal. I don’t need much either… just hopefully being able to connect a drive for Time Machine but not mandatory (would connect one locally directly to the desktop if need be)
