It always blows my mind that a company of this size does not have redundancies in place to prevent something like that.
Of course they have redundancies. Not all outages are caused by a lack of redundancy.

Apple losing a few million bucks is like you and I losing a few pennies. Not that stressful.
It makes me wonder what else is down not Apple related. Often times when I see things like this my first thought is what AWS, Azure or Google cloud system is down.

Most likely issue is with AWS. I’ve had some socket hang ups today with them and explains why many other services affected.
