Nice. I'm switching my Netflix subscription to iTunes billing and will use these discounted gift cards to effectively undo their recent price increase. :p

"As Black Friday gets closer, you can expect larger discounts -- of around 20 percent off -- to begin popping up at various retailers."

So, basically, don't bite on this deal because better ones will soon be available.

The 20% deals seem to be becoming quite rare though. I haven't seen many this year, and usually they involve buying physical gift cards. These Paypal offers are fast, hassle-free and reliable, so I think it's still a good deal.

How exactly can you pay for your Netflix subscription with iTunes billing? I would very much like to do this as well, but I'm a bit confused by this.

In short, I cancelled my service that was paid via credit card. After the current month expired, my account still existed (you don't lose your profile, viewing history, etc.) and I just needed to decide what payment method I wanted to use to renew it. Here's where you sign into the Netflix app on an Apple TV or iOS device and renew your Netflix account through that and choose iTunes as your payment method.

Don't fall for it!

Why do you say that? It's a legit promo. Paypal and eBay are close partners. They've done this iTunes promo for a few years now. And I've bought these cards in the past. It's legit. It's not a scam.
